Purchase a 2003 Avalon - I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime but the experience I had here was like no other. There was no pressure to buy and EVERYONE there made you feel like family. Not just the salesman who was also great. The owner introduced himself to me as well and made me feel at ease knowing they take care of their customer before AND after the sale. The finance guys were very helpful and gave me several options. If your in the market for a vehicle I would stop here first. I bought a 2003 Avalon XLS and love it. Thanks again guys!

Purchased a Dodge Durango - Expectation was exceeded. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. Salesman Ken was Very professional. He supported the dealership while making certain all request by my wife and I were satisfied. Ryan who handled our financing. Extremely knowledgeable of the financial institutions He was able to get payments where we needed it to be while helping us secure the Extended warranty we wanted. Truly looking forward to our next purchase!!

I had a great experience when buying my vehicle. Brian and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to put you in a vehicle that suits you. Truly I tell you, when my wife and I walked in we did not know what to expect. Newly relocated from NY, we were in need of a second vehicle and found what we wer looking for. We were met at the door by ""Tom"". A beautiful soul. He, along with Brian and the rest of the Carolina Family Motors team were just awesome. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with out purchase and more importantly the service. Tom was absolutely wonderful. You will not go wrong with paying a visit to Carolina Family Motors.

Stopped by after work @730 pm..they close earlier than that but there was still staff there working on the grounds. Brian told me to feel free to look around and if I needed anything to let him know. Really nice person and absolutely no pressure. I stopped back to say thanks for letting me look and carried on a conversation that had nothing to do with cars for 15 minutes and made me feel really comfortable. Would not be hesitant at all to buy based on my brief visit and will definitely be back!

Do you like pulling in to a dealership and the first thing you see are salesmen lined up like a bunch of hungry vultures? Do you like having to be shuffled around layer after layer after layer of people just to see the car you are interested in,someone to get a key so you can see inside,another to get more information on the the same car, then to jump on the merry go round to find out the selling price? Hoop after hoop to jump through,and all the time made to feel as they are doing you a service,after all they know more about what you need than you do? Then do not come to Carolina Family Motors! I experienced none of those things.Just friendly,informative,low pressure,wonderful selection of cars,and personnel that that was appreciative of your time and needs.Most importantly a genuine gratitude for your business from the owner himself! If those are the things you are looking for, you will find them at Carolina Family Motor. I left feeling like family, thank MJ Baker

Was very nice man I spoke with and he gave me very good information about the vehicle and more on the phone. But I will continue to look and see if the price drop a couple more thousand. If he still have it I'll go buy it.

They are easy to work with, the car was cleaned and ready for the test drive when I arrived and the entire car- buying process was quick. I would recommend this dealership.

I called about this vehicle but didn't make it down to see it before she was purchased! Too beautiful of a car to last long. But the gentleman I spoke with over the phone was very polite, answered all of my questions and was not pushy in any way. We will still consider them as we continue to look!

Very prompt reply. Out of state buyer so was relying on an accurate description. Mark was very detailed so I paid deposit. Very satisfied & no surprises after making the 500 mile drive. Purchased vehicle, very positive experience.
